| The best way to save on your prescription medications is to conduct your own personal survey. Use this form to compile your own personal3 price survey. Write down the name, strength, and quantity of each prescription, as shown on the two samples on the form. In the column labeled My Pharm list how much you now pay for each drug. Then, contact other pharmacies or check other sources, such as AARP or some Internet pharmacies, to get comparative prices. Enter these prices labeled Other 2 and Other 3. You can also create your own form and add spaces for additional drugs and prices from other sources. Now you have an idea of the price variations for the meds you use. See if your regular pharmacy will help by adjusting some of the prices you pay.
