OLDER WORKERS are the future work force. Extending “work lives” will serve the National interest while benefiting workers and employers.

OUR PURPOSE :
          * To provide a coordinated effort of training and productive part-time, paid work experience in community service.  
          * To focus on building skills needed to compete in today's market place.
          * To provide opportunities to obtain satisfying un-subsidized jobs in Private Industry or the public sector.
